The roots of DEFACTO realations date back to 1989 with the establishment of DEFACTO, created with the aim of providing targeted and need-oriented micro marketing.

Data was a decisive driver for the success of our work, and, early on, we developed core competencies that are now more important than ever.

Since then, DEFACTO realations has been consistent in its commitment to the development and design of the relevant topics surrounding CRM, Omni-Channel Customer Management, B-to-C Loyalty and Consumer Insights.
